The Applicant for the award in the nomination "The Best Doctor" has outstanding personal merits in the field of medical and practical experience of a doctor. 

Criteria for determining the candidates for rewarding the Award in the nomination "The Best Doctor": 

  1. Effective Practical Activity: he/she is much better than colleagues, have an effective work experience (rapid recovery, improvement of health, restoration of lost functions of systems and patients' organs) in the field of health care as a doctor of any specialty in a health care institution of any form of ownership.
  2. Professionalism and commitment: owns a high level of professionalism. Skillfully plans and controls his/her activities based on systematic and regular tracking, collection and processing of information on the progress of the tasks performed in a timely manner. All of their professional qualities incarnates in daily work with patients, providing qualified medical care to people, directing all their experience and knowledge on the return of patients to a full-fledged life. Doctoring and service to patients is a matter of life and the purpose of the Applicant's activities.
  3. Achievements: demonstrates outstanding achievements in the field of its activities and public health, applies innovative approaches to achieve a specific goal. Embodies highly effective diagnostic, therapeutic and prophylactic and rehabilitation techniques that are recognized and used in other countries or are self-developed and implemented and have led to a significant improvement in patients' health, quality of life and longevity. Usually achieves his/her goals in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases, taking into account the criteria of quality, adequacy and effectiveness. Highly respected among his/her colleagues and patients who are being assisted, as confirmed by the relevant documents.
  4. An economic and/or financial component of the effectiveness of diagnostic and/or therapeutic and/or rehabilitation procedures performed: skillfully, according to needs, finds, distributes and uses resources (including material and financial ones). Personal resource optimization initiatives allow compliance with targets for labor productivity, budget expenditures and other financial and economic indicators, as evidenced by relevant documents.
