They are a leader in supporting Ukraine within their own country.

• Has documented achievements in the field of medical care and rehabilitation of victims of Russian aggression.
• Demonstrated initiative in establishing or uniting teams of like-minded individuals engaged in:
  • providing medical care, rehabilitation, and prosthetics;
  • fundraising for treatment, medicines, medical supplies, and food;
  • organizing logistics for rapid response to the needs of hospitals and patients;
  • conducting seminars, trainings, and workshops for civilian and military medical professionals.
