On July 30, 2019, a meeting of the Honorable Council took place. Candidates for the Medal from the National Expert Commission were presented.

Also, in 2019, due to the wide release of the Order internationally, the Honorable Council decided to create the 6th nomination specifically for foreign citizens - "For personal significant contribution to the development of healthcare in Ukraine".

The procedure for voting of the members of the Honorable Council was approved, together with the forms of ballots for voting, and a Сounting Сommission of three persons was elected - the Chairman of the counting commission Pavel Gritsenko, the secretaries of the commission Lydia Kalyuzhna and Ella Libanova.

The Honorable Council heard the speech of the head of the Сounting Сommission Gritsenko P.Yu. and went for a short break.

After the break, the Counting Commission began its duties, and then the members of the Honorable Council began voting, the results of which will be announced at the meeting of the Honorable Council on August 9, 2019.
