At the meeting of the Honorable Council on January 28, a Professional Ethics Commission was established. The Professional Ethics Commission (hereinafter referred to as the PEC) is an advisory body created by the decision of the Honorable Council upon the submission of the Chairman of the Honorable Council. In its activities, it is guided by the Award's Regulations and its Rules of Procedure. Volodymyr Martyniuk was elected as the Chairman of the Professional Ethics Commission. 

Members of the PEC:
- Igor Boyko - Director of the School of Bioethics of the Ukrainian Catholic University;
- Kaminsky Vyacheslav - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Association of Obstetricians-Gynecologists of Ukraine;
- Koval Victoria - Head of the Union of Health Workers of Ukraine;
- Maydannik Vitaliy - Vice-President of the Pediatricians Association of Ukraine;
- Martyniuk Volodymyr - Member of the Honorable Council, Laureate of the Order of Saint Panteleimon, newly elected Chairman of the Professional Ethics Commission;
- Matyukha Larysa - President of Ukrainian Association of Family Medicine;
- Musiy Oleg - heads the All-Ukrainian Medical Society;
- Usenko Oleksandr - Chairman of the Board of the Association of Surgeons of Ukraine;
- Chernyshenko Tetyana - Head of NGO "Association of Nurses of Ukraine";

- Shevchyk Seraphima the Abbot - Abbess of the Odessa Archangel Michael Convent, nominee for the Award of the Order of Saint Panteleimon in the 2016-2017 competition in the nomination "Exemplar of service to society".
