According to the Regulations, the Executive Committee recommends coordinators by November 1, who are approved by the Chairman of the Honorable Council.

Recently, the Executive Committee and the Chairman of the Honorable Council Vasyl Knyazevych had an online meeting with the coordinators, who are responsible for the formation of Regional Councils, which will deal with the first stage of the competition, namely the regional selection of the best doctors. 

The Regulations on the Distinction stipulate that the coordinators form the Regional Councils and send the minutes of the constituent assembly to the Executive Committee no later than November 20.
